Bureau Fil grew from fit-out frustrations in Coolhaven offices where meeting rooms absorbed every call and desks had nowhere for bags. We specialise in workspace planning so daily friction drops before paint colours are chosen.

What we deliver

Plans, zoning diagrams, furniture intent, cable routes, and acoustic notes. We do not sell chairs or run contractor crews; we prepare documents your fit-out team can price.

Concrete frames, generous windows, and lively streets around Witte de Withstraat demand thoughtful glare control and sound isolation. We design for those realities first.

Interior planners and a workplace researcher share each project. You keep a single point of contact from survey to final notes.

Studio hours

Open weekdays 09:00–17:30. Site surveys across Rotterdam are usually booked in the morning to catch empty floors before teams arrive.
