Neighbourhood logic

We cluster desks by work mode rather than by org chart alone. Focus rows face quieter cores; collaboration edges sit nearer kitchens without blocking egress.

Daylight and glare

Harbour light can be harsh. Monitor orientations and desk depths are set so screens avoid west glare typical of upper floors near the Maas.

Bag drop zones

Each desk neighbourhood gets a place for coats and backpacks. Floors stay clearer and cleaning becomes faster.

Density targets

We test occupancy against Dutch comfort expectations—not maximum capacity charts. Breathing room between backs of chairs is drawn explicitly.

Desk zoning within a floor study starts from €1,900. Multi-floor campuses are quoted after a walkthrough.
