Purposes and bases

We use data to answer enquiries, deliver planning services, and meet Dutch and EU accounting rules. Bases include contract, legitimate interest, and consent for non-essential cookies.

Retention

Enquiries without a project are removed within 18 months. Project records may be kept up to seven years, then deleted or anonymised.

Rights

GDPR rights apply, including access, rectification, erasure, and complaint to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Processors

Email and backup providers may process data in the EEA under confidentiality terms. We do not sell personal data.
